Having served in the military early in life, Adriano has always looked for opportunities to honor veterans. As a musician, he has volunteered his time and talent to veterans and veteran’s groups for many years. However, he just couldn’t help but think there must be more he could do honor and serve those who have been wounded in combat.

Out of that passion came Woodworking with Warriors. Combining his passion for woodworking with hand tools and his desire to serve veterans, Adriano now uses his time to create a space for combat wounded veterans to attend these retreats, at no-cost, to learn the skills of woodworking by hand.

The hope for each veteran is to find a skill they can use as a hobby or to generate income, an outlet they can use to help cope with PTSD or other mental health struggles and a brotherhood for community along the way.
